Hey guys tell me onething…

Often times I saw mails narrating some stories of the past or something else. I would like to bring a point to debate.
i.e, The HR Policies regarding the Employment based on the mode of the education:

In most of the companies (Indian as well as Foreign MNCs) they have the policy to recruit only the candidates with Regular degrees where Part-time degrees are not allowed. Is that fair enough..

This means the underprivileged are neglected and not getting a chance to prove their metal. This policy could be implemented if a person is fresher (for some kind of filtering). It is ridiculous that a person carries experience and clears the interview is getting rejected during HR process for the petty issue that his/her education is not regular ones.

I would like to write more on this. Since this is not the stage for that. I would like to request you to bring this furtive policy of HR to the interest of Public.

Well, I had a conclusion that was worse than divorce. I stayed with him, we’re working it out. It’s a never ending drama, life. All I can say is, I wish you the strength to see it through. There are friends who have been where you are and will be here silently supporting you in prayer and good wishes
